My stay at this resort was a rollercoaster of experiences. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was genuinely attentive. On the other hand, the loud music during events made it hard to relax, especially at night. Dining was inconsistent, with some meals being a letdown, particularly the breakfast service. Overall, it has potential but needs significant improvements in soundproofing and food quality.

The hotel has a nice garden area and is set within a spacious layout, making it feel peaceful. The rooms in the new wing are modern and comfortable, but the staff service lacks warmth and attentiveness, especially at breakfast.
